Located in Arès, this 110 m² villa and its 35 m² cabanon outbuilding offer a warm and functional setting. Spaces are designed to combine intimacy and conviviality, with separate living areas for each guest, and communal areas for sharing moments with family and friends.



Main villa: large 90 m² living room with two lounges and a fully-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms with 160 cm beds, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outbuilding: two bedrooms (140 cm bed and two 90 cm beds), a small games room, a shower room with WC, and a crib.

Unoverlooked garden with barbecue, ideal for relaxing outdoors.



Ideal location:

50 m from the Bay of Arcachon and 200 m from a children's beach, this villa is perfect for a peaceful vacation. You're also 1.5 km from the shops, 10-15 minutes by car from the ocean, and at the heart of a network of cycle paths linking all the surrounding towns and beaches (Andernos, Taussat, Lanton, Lège, Cap Ferret).
