This tastfully decorated and quality furnished villa is an ideal place for perfect family holiday under the Cyprus sun near to the sea.

You can walk and relax by the sea using the long pedestrian pathway (4km aprox) passing in front of the villa.The pathway is along the beach and offers exceptional views (see photo). This fabulous vlla is located in the traditional village of Argaka and only few minutes' drive to Polis and the nearby small fishing port of Latchi.

On the ground floor is a modern design, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double-door Fridge/freezer), utility room with hob,storage room, living/dining area, a twin bedroom with ensuiet shower room and separate toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms; an en-suite twin bedroom, the master bedroom with en-suite shower room (both have access to a large veranda overlooking the sea and the pool) and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom room. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. Air con is also available in the lounge/kitchen (air con charge extra).

A generous balcony and a worktop with a sink are also on the first floor.

The property is walled and have direct access to the sea passing the road. The garden includes a private swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, a built-in Bbq and a covered veranda overlooking the pool.

This fabulous villa has the benefit of short distance to several taverns and bars, a cofee shop/grill, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The villa is situated in a private location, in the beautiful village of Argaka, a traditional Cypriot village. This village is located about 6 minutes drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes drive from Paphos and Paphos International Airport. Larnaka airport 2 hours dirve.

The area offers plenty opportunity for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi Marina with its famous fish taverns and the town Polis Chrysochous with all necessary amenities are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.

The nearby resorts of Latchi and Polis offer a busier atmosphere filled with people and local amenities including cafes, shops and restaurants. At the small harbor in nearby Pomos you’ll also find traditional taverns scattered along the coastline.
