Located 800 meters from the beaches and 400 meters from the municipal swimming pool, the Topaze gîte is perfect for an active or relaxing family vacation, between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of tourism in the Pyrénées-Orientales. This large 1960s house, with its private, enclosed, 500 m² garden, landscaped with trees, and its private swimming pool (3 x 12 x 1.5 m), is located in a quiet neighborhood. Access to the ground-floor bedroom is only via the exterior entrance through the garden, with a direct view of the pool. This bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a kitchenette equipped with a two-burner cooktop and a microwave, and a shower room (toilet). Through an entrance hall, you will find: Ground floor: laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: A large, bright living room with a dining area and lounge, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is separate. Due to architectural constraints, the kitchen provides access to an air-conditioned sleeping area, equipped with a 140 x 190 cm wall-mounted pull-down bed and its own private sitting area with a view of the garden and pool. A first air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a second air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) opening onto a balcony. Shower room, toilet. Parking in the garden for 3 cars and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. Two gîtes (one for 4 people and one for 2 people) are also located on the property.
