A dream vaca for those who enjoy golfing, hiking and/or dirt biking! Located on the 3rd green of the Highlands Golf Course and only five minutes from the clubhouse. Longest and most challenging golf course in Bella Vista, providing a challenge for all skill levels. Lots of trails to choose from! For those who enjoy frisbee golf, indoor swimming, hot tub & workout equip., Branchwood Rec Center is just minutes away.

Rental includes top floor with full length deck and a gorgeous view overlooking the 3rd green, along with two bedrooms, one full bath in master with oversized shower and also a half bath. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker.

Come sit back, kick your feet up and enjoy life as we know it here in the beautiful Bella Vista Highlands!

Quiet getaway

Our stay in this rental was very relaxing, and quiet. It felt like we were at home. AThe extra coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were a plus! There were endless options of cookware to make a meal. Golfing, riding, relaxing

This two BR house is so inviting from the moment you walk in the door. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, plenty of dishes, small appliances and towels/ wash cloths. View from the well furnished rear balcony across the 3rd green of Highland Golf Course is beautiful. We golfed 2 days, rode motorcycles throughout the Ozarks 2 days & just relaxed 3 days. There are so many other activities available nearby and this house is a wonderful place to make your home base for your vacation.
