Room ok, was offended when a member of bar staff stopped us on our way out of bar/restaurant and asked did we pay our bill. Could have been handled better. Also fire alarm went off twice in our room without us having been pre warned and as a result I destroyed my top when I threw a mug of tea over it in shock. Food could have been hotter and breakfast less dried out

Very poor charged us twice for the room saying they couldn’t find a record of past payment, then room key didn’t work went down to reception and was told another person was in my room number when I said that’s the room I was given by her she told me to take a seat in bar as been a mix up even though all my stuff in room already no apologies just blank me I had to queue up again to get my room key very disappointed!!

Room was lovely, very clean and well maintained. Hotel was bright and well laid out. Breakfast was fine but more pastries and breads would've been nice. Apple juice was lovely! Staff all very polite and friendly

Good breakfast. Leisure facilities obviously tired, no locks for the lockers and pool very noisy with young ones. But apparently there are plans to upgrade the pool and sauna areas which will be good.
