İğrenç, kesinlikle gitmeyin

Yılbaşı için rezervasyon yaptık keşke ücra bir mahallede günlük apart tutsaydık daha hijyenik olurdu. Klima çalışmıyor, ocak çalışmıyor, iğrenç bir koku var, deniz manzaralı oda istedik dağ, bayır izledik. Gittiğimizde rezervasyondan haberleri bile yoktu ellerinde olan odayı verdiler.

Konakladığım tarihlerde otelde su kesintisi olduğu belediyenin çalışma yaptığı söylenerek sürekli ertelemelerle suyun geleceği söylenerek “termal su” hizmetinden yararlanamadım gelen soğuk su da çamurluydu ve bunun için bişey yapılmadı üstelik personel bunlar için kızarak konuştu vaat edilen hiç bir hizmeti alamadım ve otelden 24 saatten kısa süre içinde ayrıldım, para iadesi konusunda ise termal su yoktu fakat bunu su yokluğu olarak değerlendirmediler şaka gibi bir hizmetsizlik. Gidecekler gitmesin önerim budur berbat bir işletme.
