We had an amazing stay at this property for our family reunion! It was perfect for our large group — plenty of space, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and lots of gathering areas for meals and hangouts. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean and high-quality. The house was also accessible for Grandma, which made a big difference. Visually, the place was really cool and fun — thoughtfully decorated and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5-minute walk to the beach and right in the middle of everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic. A couple of small issues came up, and they responded quickly and resolved them right away. We’re already planning to stay with them again — probably in this same property as a group, and maybe even in one of their nearby properties for smaller trips. Highly recommend!

This was the PERFECT spot for a girls trip for a group of teachers/staff from our school! We come to Okoboji every year for a little getaway and this is by far our favorite spot we’ve stayed! It’s so cute, roomy, and the location is perfect! We will definitely be back!

Perfect property for large group

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO property and must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This VRBO property combines a fully equipped kitchen, fantastic entertainment options, and an ideal location near various attractions to provide an unforgettable vacation experience. Sherri ensures that any questions or concerns are promptly addressed. Check in and out was easy. We had over 20 people staying at this property, and we had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable. Would highly recommend for a large family getaway/gathering!

Plenty of room to have fun with different ages! Location was excellent to get on lake with our son’s pontoon. Plenty of places to walk to for food or beverages. Favorite things were mini golf, fishing, swimming and the escape room at Arnold’s Park!

Family Vacation

This was perfect for us as we have a large family. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kids were able to play freely throughout the house. It was within walking distance or very short drive to beaches, Arnold’s Park and so much more. It was a wonderful place to stay and felt like home away from home. Will definitely consider staying here again for another family vacation.
