Spacioius Bridges Bay Cabin 3BR/2BA+loft for separate kids space - Sleeps 14

Be one of the first to enjoy this brand new cabin that was build in 2017 at Okoboji's newest and most popular lakeside destination, Bridges Bay resort. This cabin is part of the new floor plans designs which are larger and more spacious for entertaining and now includes a double garage. Located in a very private area with no vacationers behind the property!

The main level includes:
-fully furnished kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, side by side refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, waffle maker, coffee pot, and toaster.
-master bedroom with king bed and double closets for plenty of storage
-full bathroom with stand up shower/bathtub
-separate dining area with raised table that seats 6 with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen bar area
-spacious living room with couch, love seat, chair and a half, large flat screen smart TV with cable, and WiFi throughout

The second level includes:
-bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk, as well as a spacious closet
-another bedroom with 2 twin bunks and a large closet
-full bathroom with stand up shower/bathtub
-spacious loft with a flat screen smart TV and XBOX so the kids can get away to their own space. Loft also includes a futon and space for a king blow up mattress that is provided.

The house was in a great location. It was very clean upon our arrival. I especially liked the master suite being on the main floor and the other bedrooms upstairs. It was perfect for our family.

This property was perfect for my bachelorette party. Close drive to Arnold’s park, bars, restaurants, etc. Good backyard with plenty of green space for activities and a fire pit. I would recommend staying here!

Nice condo in Boji Bay

We enjoyed our stay at condo. It is nicely provisioned with towels and cookware, which was great! There is a nice patio with seating and many options for sleeping. The AC was out when we arrived, but the hosts were very responsive on getting someone out for repairs!

Clean and New with all the amenities you would want!

We had a pretty big group overall with 5 adults and 6 kids and the place suited us well. The kids had a blast running from pool to pool as there are 3 onsite to choose from. The resort staff and neighbors were all very friendly and accommodating. This was a very fun weekend overall and I highly recommend it!

Nice place to stay. Lance answered all of my questions quickly. Everything was as decribed. Only draw back was the upstairs gets very warm even though there were fans provided. I would definately recommend to others.

For the most part, everything was great! The upstairs was very hot, we also found some candy under the couch, the ceiling fans were filthy, and there was a dirty mask in one of the bedrooms! We enjoyed the neighborhood and everything else was GREAT! We would stay there again!

Bridges Bay

The cabin was clean and in a great location close the Arnold’s Park. It fit our family of 9 well but I don’t think it would comfortable fit many more people. There was a Wi-Fi issue that was resolved in the first couple of days. The daily Bridges Bay passes were a great perk! Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great stay!

Overall an outstanding experience and great property. Place came with everything it said it would and accommodated our group of 12 nicely. When I originally reserved the place, the general location showed Arnolds Park between East and West Okoboji lakes. The place ended up being East of Arnolds Park, which may have fell in the blue circle, but just wasn't what I was expecting. About a 30 minute walk to Captains Getaway and several restaurants in the Arnolds Park area.

Overall served the purpose. Wi-fi was out. Wasn’t fixed until the next day and little to no warning when the repair guy came. Fortunately we were on our way back to the cabin. Grill could use some work, had brought burgers and unable to use the grill.

Has everything you need

8 family members stayed here this past weekend. It really does have everything we needed and was nice being able to cook some of our meals here and save from having to go to restaurants all the time! We also enjoyed the patio and fire pit! I do have to agree with other reviews though on the AC not working the way it should. The first night the ones who slept upstairs didn't have a great night's sleep as it was extremely hot - even with the provided fans all going. The last couple nights it at least cooled down so it helped having windows open. But even the downstairs at times didn't seem very cool, even with a lower temp setting. But overall, we all enjoyed our stay!

The Perfect Location!

We used this property for a 10 person bachelorette party and we all LOVED it! It’s in a perfect location, close to everything we needed (we did Shake The Lake and ate dinner at Bracco), and we loved the location of the cabin within the area! The property was super clean and Lance was really great to work with. We loved how simple the cabin was, made it really easy to decorate for the bachelorette! I even left an item there on accident and Lance shipped it to me quickly which was so extremely generous. We will be recommending to all!

Had a girls weekend and was overall and nice stay. Some things that could’ve improved was that it was pretty warm sleeping upstairs regardless of the thermostat being set at 68. Also both sliding glass doors did not lock properly, which left us all a little paranoid in the evening.
