The modern holiday home “Casa Aloe” with a mountain view is located in Arona and is made up of 3 individual studio apartments. The 3 apartments “Estudio Tajinaste”, “Estudio Cardón” and “Estudio Verode” each consist of a living area, a kitchen, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom. The apartments can therefore accommodate 2 people each and “Casa Aloe” can accommodate in total 6 people. In the building there is also a larger, communal kitchen and a gym. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, 2 terraces (covered and open) as well as a private barbecue. In the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the house “La Casita del Rincón”, you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. In approximately 5 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Arona where you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is located an 8-minute drive from the property (2.9 km). A 20-minute drive away the beautiful beach Playa de los Tarajales awaits your visit (12.7 km). Here you can relax on the soft sand and soak up the Spanish sun.
