Our cosy BÜNDNER CHALET Arosa for "ALONE USE" is wonderfully sunny with an unobstructed view of the imposing mountains of Arosa. No neighbouring houses and garden with small forest. Langwies is 8km from the Arosa Lenzerheide ski area. The chalet is approx. 100 m² with 2 floors. Ground floor: with cosy small living room, adjoining bedroom (access only through the living room) with double bed 1.60 m 1 kitchen-living room with dining area Exit to the small balcony by the stable and terrace with garden furniture Upper floor with access to another balcony with a fantastic view 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower 2 bedrooms next to each other: with large double bed 180cm x200 and space for a baby cot with 2 single beds 90x200 We have gently renovated the chalet and it still exudes its original charm with small rooms and low ceiling height (2.10m). The chalet stands alone on a hillside plot of 1600 m². There are several small cosy balconies and terraces. The village of Langwies with village shop and restaurant can be reached on foot in 5 minutes (path only possible on the road) Langwies has a railway station. One terrace is equipped with garden furniture for 6 people and 1 gas barbecue for cosy hours in front of a dream panorama. Please note that the house is situated on a bend in the road. The property is not escape-proof fenced (partly pasture fence) and children and dogs should always be supervised. Open fires such as campfires and fire baskets are absolutely not permitted due to the high risk of fire. Smoking is prohibited in and around the house and stable. Please do not leave any cigarette butts on the property. The idyllic Walser village of Langwies is about 8km from Arosa. You can take the bus (200m) or the Rhaetian Railway (station approx. 900m) to the Arosa cable car. The town of Chur is only 18km away in the valley. Many winter and summer hiking trails start in langwies.
