Great House, hidden costs

My co-workers and I loved the house. It was nice, comfortable and accommodating. The deck has such a nice view. The only complaint was that there was an extra fee added on for cleaning, even though we had to strip the beds, wash dishes and take out the trash.

Awesome retro style. Large living room and great views. Bedrooms are nicely appointed. However, the deck needs some maintenance. Plants are dying from lack of water, the railings have a lot of mold and lichens, and the decking could use some work. There is also a lot of street noise when sitting on the deck, but you cannot hear it while inside. The main bathroom shower is difficult to maneuver due to the walk-in tub for seniors. In addition, I was charged a different price than originally quoted. When I called about it prior to my trip, I was basically told; take it or leave it. I took it because my family needed a place to stay for my grandson's graduation.

Large living room and outside patio was huge with BBQ, that we didn't use this time. Host thought of little things to make the house my homey from toiletries to coffee. We loved the house and would love to come back with more time to spend.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from the deck. Easy communication via email. Beds are firm. It's an older house but well maintained and clean. We enjoyed that 70s vibe including lava lamp.
