A charming, recently renovated family house, located in a car-free alley, offering a calm and peaceful setting. Parking is possible for unloading the car on Rue Thiers, and free parking is located 300 meters away. This charming house, ideal for a family or friends' stay, can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes:
A large living room with an exposed stone wall (with traces of saltpeter), very bright thanks to a skylight and a bay window overlooking the garden and its well.
- A brand new, fully equipped open kitchen.
- Three bedrooms, including a beautiful room on the upper floor with an open view and a small toilet area.
- A bathroom and separate toilet.
- A shower room with a toilet.
- The 60 m² private garden is peaceful and well-arranged:
- Parasol, table, chairs, sun loungers, and a new barbecue.
For your comfort, the equipment includes:
New oven and induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, combined refrigerator, Cookeo, griddle, new barbecue, Weber aluminum fire starter, vacuum cleaner…
