Guest Access:
When you arrive at Rancho San Vicente, you will find an electric gate, we will provide you the code to access.

At the entrance there is a lockbox where you will find the keys to access the property. For security reasons, your code will arrive a few hours before check in and will be deactivated at the time of your check out. We kindly ask you not to share this code with anyone.

The Neighborhood:
Our intention is for you to spend a few days connecting with your essence, with the basics of nature. This is a time to sit back, relax and enjoy your time in the mountains. Breathe the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains.

You will be close to El Chorro Ecotourism Park and Plaza la Fragua.

The closest supermarket is Bodega Aurrera 27 minutes away by car, you will also find an Oxxo 13 minutes away.

Just outside the property you will find La Herradura restaurant.

Getting Around:
We suggest you arrive at the property by car. If you dont have one, you can take a cab or use mobility apps. From the city of Monterrey it will take you approximately 1:30 hours.

Good news! The property has a grill, we recommend bringing a bag of charcoal and utensils.

It is forbidden to go into the pond and the waterhole.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old, 28 if you are new in platforms.

Confirmation of a reservation with Cabaña San Vicente through AirBNB or Booking obligates you to comply with this agreement.

The property manager/owner or representative has the right to enter the property upon reasonable notice for the protection, inspection or maintenance of the property and/or enforcement of this agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL AMOUNTS PAID, INCLUDING THE FULL DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

You must be 25 years old to rent this property (28 years old for those without previous Airbnb or Booking reviews). By booking this property through Airbnb or Booking you acknowledge that you are over 25 years of age. Proof of age with a valid ID is required. Any falsification of age will result in immediate eviction and all amounts paid, including damage deposit, will be forfeited.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the conduct of all persons you invite or permit to stay on or at the property during the dates of this reservation. Your reservation is confirmed only for the number of guests indicated on your confirmation and, at the time of arrival, you will be required to complete a guest registration form with the names and ages of all persons who will be on the premises. The property has a maximum occupancy of 4 to 6 persons at any one time, day or night, including the interior, exterior, grounds, driveways and courtyard. Exceeding this occupancy limit or falsifying occupancy is strictly prohibited. Violation of the occupancy limit will result in immediate eviction and all amounts paid, including the damage deposit, will be forfeited.

In-house parties, social events and/or any activity where guests are not listed on the guest register or exceeding the occupancy limit are strictly prohibited, including dinners and family gatherings. Any violation will result in immediate eviction and all amounts paid, including damage deposit, will be forfeited.

It is strictly prohibited to sublet the property or advertise the property in any way, including but not limited to digital or social media.

The responsible person booking this property must be present at the residence during the entire stay and, when requested by law enforcement or other authority, you must provide proof of this agreement. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the conduct of all persons you invite or permit to remain on the property during the time of your reservation.

It is strictly prohibited anywhere on or within the property for any guest to engage in illegal activities, including possession of illegal substances. In the case of alcoholic beverages, responsible consumption is requested. Guests will be subject to immediate eviction and all amounts paid, including damage deposit, will be forfeited.

Loud noises are not permitted after 11:30 pm or before 9:00 am.

Fireworks and bonfires are prohibited by authorities on both private and public property.

CLEANING SERVICE AND OTHER MATTERS

When you arrive, the property will be clean and cooked with linens. We have included the following supplies to accommodate the appropriate number of guests:

- Hand and face towels. Bath towels are not provided.

- Initial supply of dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper.

This is a non-smoking property. When smoking outside the property, the doors to the property must be kept closed and cigarette butts must be safely and properly disposed of. If smoking is detected inside the property, the full damage deposit will be forfeited.

Vehicle parking is limited to designated spaces on the property.

Lock all doors when leaving the house to keep your personal belongings secure. The property manager and owner are not responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item and wish to have it returned, please call us as soon as possible and, if found, we will arrange shipment.

The tenant/guests must respect the nature and trees on the property. Care should be taken not to leave food and garbage outside the house as this may attract bears that live in the area. The owner is not responsible for accidents and/or injuries.
