Si buscas hotel en ROUEN te lo busca en RUAN. Nos equivocamos de poblaciin. Llamamos al hotel a las 12pm cuando nos dimos cuenta del error para avisar de qye no iriamos. Nos dijeros "ahora os devolvemos la llamada, voy a consultar el problema"...y aun estamos esperando a que nos llamen con la respuesta. No nos devolvieron la llamada. Y luego me ponen en los comentarios que si hubieramos avisado habrian cancelado la reserva. AVISAMOS. Y tambien llamamos a hoteles.com, ellos llamaron al hotel y les dijeron que no nos anulaban la reserva. Si que es culpa nuestra pero podrian entender la confuision y ya que llamamos 2 veces para avisar que no iriamos, por lo menos cancelar la reserva o cobrar solo un minimo. Bastante pena tenemos de lo que nos paso para que encima nos digan que podian haber anulado la reserva y no lo hicieron. Y nos cobraran una hacitacion que no utilizamos

It's great....once you can get in

To start with, these are great apartments and there's absolutely no problems with them, the secure parking or anything else...once you can get in. We arrived at about 6.45pm and there was one other vehicle parked inside the secure compound. Upon pressing the button on the gate, I eventually spoke to a woman who told me I needed to collect the key and check-in at the nearby As'Hôtel, Luckily that's only a couple of hundred metres away and we went there. Only problem was that the gate was locked there too, only this time with a French couple on the inside begging us to ring the buzzer to help them get out! Eventually I got in and checked in. The receptionist did say she'd report the problem of no-one telling us where we checked-in to her boss and the entry on Hotels.com would be suitably amended. Once in, the apartment is brilliant and after 6 weeks away in our caravan, the bed was a welcome feature. Very convenient for major roads and the village of Artenay is pleasant.

Forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre. Cuvette wc extrêmement sale sous le rebord. Aucune information indiquant qu'il faut s'adresser à l’hôtel Fast pour s'enregistrer. Accueil très désagréable par l'interphone reliant les 2 hôtels. Voilà un hôtel de secours sans intérêt.

Odeur dans la salle de bain

L'hotel est bien situé, à proximité d'une sortie d'autoroute. C'est un peu particulier car on récupéère les clés au fast Hotel voisin et on va s'installer dans une résidence fermée (sans aucun personnel) à 500 m plus loin. La déco de la chambre est moderne et l'appartement est bien équipé (plaques, frigo, micro-ondes). Comme souvent dans les appart hotels, la vaisselle n'est pas très propre (merci aux clients precedents !). Le gros point noir était l'odeur intenable dans la salle de bain, surement due à des problèmes d'évacuation (pour simplifier, ça sentait les égouts !!). Si on ajoute à cela les bruits des autres chambres qui se propagent par la ventilation au dessus de la kitchenette, je suis très déçu de ce séjour.
