Un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able, l’hĂ©bergement Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur de ce qui avait Ă©tĂ© annoncĂ© sur le site. L’appartement est trĂšs cosy et dĂ©corĂ© avec soin. Des brochures ont Ă©tĂ© mises Ă  disposition afin que nous puissions profiter des services, activitĂ©s et restaurants des environs. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien reçus par notre hĂŽte, trĂšs sympathique.

Apparetement spacieux à l'emplacement idéal pour un séjour en famille

Rien Ă  dire sur l'Ă©tat gĂ©nĂ©ral et les Ă©quipements de l'appartement : c'est neuf et complet. Pas beaucoup d'espace de rangement, mais nous avons l'habitude de laisser nos effets personnels dans nos bagages/valises; ce n' adonc pas Ă©tĂ© un soucis pour nous. En plus d'ĂȘtre spacieux, l'appartement possĂšde une terrasse couverte et partiellement abritĂ©e du vent, ce qui permet de profitter de l'extĂ©rieur mĂȘme lorsque le temps est moyen (nous n'avons mangĂ© qu'une seule fois Ă  l'intĂ©rieur en 15 jours!) Nous n'avons pas eu de fortes chaleurs (et les niuts Ă©taient frĂąiches), et la chambre en seconde vue n'a pas Ă©tĂ© un problĂšme (le vent breton aide Ă  l'aĂ©ration de l'appartement). La "place piĂ©tonne" de la rĂ©sidence est idĂ©ale pour les enfants, pouvant jouer sans crainte d'ĂȘtre renversĂ© par une voiture ; indĂ©niablement un plus pour les famille avec enfants ! La proximitĂ© des 2 plages (50 - 100m Ă  pieds) est idĂ©ale pour les bains (de soleil ou de mer). Le port du Crouesty est Ă  20-25 minutes Ă  pieds par les chemins cĂŽtiers, on peut donc tout faire Ă  pieds ! Enfin, les propriĂ©taires sont disponibles et trĂšs rĂ©actifs.

50m de la plage et surtout des sentiers

Situation idĂ©ale pour profiter de la mer et surtout des sentiers cĂŽtiers facilement accessibles. La location fait partie d'un ensemble de grosse bĂątisse de pierre qui plonge dans la mer ou presque. De l'appartement on ne voit pas la mer cachĂ©e par ces gros batiments . L'appartement est rĂ©novĂ© depuis peu. Il reste Ă  finir mais propre et agrĂ©able. Il vaut mieux ĂȘtre seulement 2 personnes car la 2Ăšme chambre n'a pas d'aĂ©ration directe dehors.Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour au soleil.

Une location exceptionnelle Ă  50m de la plage.

Nous avons été trÚs agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'appartement qui est totalement neuf et décoré avec bcp de goût et raffinement. Vraiment il n'y manquait rien, du grille-pain jusqu'à tous les ustensiles de cuisine et des produits ménagers ! Nous avons rarement eu une location avec cette qualité de service. L'accueil du gérant fut chaleureux et fort sympathique, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! En plus l'endroit est au calme et tout proche de la plage avec un grand parking pour les vacanciers et visiteurs.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist hervorragend. (Im Moment fehlten noch die RolllĂ€den, aber sie sollen demnĂ€chst montiert werden.) Vor der Wohnung gibt es einen ĂŒberdachten Bereich mit Tisch und StĂŒhlen - allerdings gibt es keine Abgrenzung (Mauer oder Ă€hnliches) zum offenen Platz hin. Uns hat das aber nicht gestört. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern und dem Concierge war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Öffentliche ParkplĂ€tze gibt es genĂŒgend und wir haben immer einen freien Platz in der NĂ€he gefunden. In der Hauptsaison (Mitte Juli bis vorletzte Augustwoche) kommt morgens auch der BĂ€cker mit frischem GebĂ€ck beinahe direkt vor die Wohnung (außer montags). Ansonsten gibt es mehrere BĂ€cker in Arzon, die man mit dem Fahrrad (5-10 min) oder Auto (3-5 min) erreichen kann. Am den beiden StrĂ€nden ist man in 1-2 Minuten (rechts: Sand; links: Kiesel, Hunde erlaubt). Die Ferienanlage an sich ist inzwischen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen (ich kenne sie seit 28 Jahren), allerdings macht das die NĂ€he zu den schönsten Strandabschnitten Arzons wieder wett (in Richtung Westen wird der Strand immer schmaler und kiesiger). Im Moment werden aber immer mehr Wohnungen schön renoviert - vielleicht wird sich bald auch wieder um die Außenanlagen gekĂŒmmert und die Bepflanzung wieder mehr gepflegt. Es ist trotzdem ĂŒber sehr sauber! Toll ist auch, dass sich Kinder dort ohne Gefahr (weil autofrei) frei bewegen können. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen!

Super appartement idéalement situé à 50m de l'océan. Décoré avec goût et refait, tout le confort attendu.. Un peu à l'écart du centre et du coup trÚs tranquille et dans un écrin resté sausage tout autour
