diese Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihre großzügige Aufteilung und Einrichtung. Besonders möchte ich die sehr gute Betreuung von Frau Forni hervorheben. Das Bettzeug ,insbesondere die Kissen könnten optimiert werden (zu hart).

Frühling im Tessin

Die Übergabe verlief sehr gut, wir konnten bereits früher in die Wohnung, da ich bereits in Lugano eine Ferienwoche alleine verbrachte und diese bereits am Morgen abgeben musste. Mein Mann folgte dann nach Ascona nach. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt, wir fanden nichts zu beanstanden. W-LAN könnte besser sein.

Viel Straßenlärm

Wohnung ist großzügig an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Im Hochparterre direkt zu Straße hin. Wir wurden super empfangen und sehr gut betreut. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. (Wenig Geschirr) Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, hatte aber eine kleine Ameisenplage.

Preis/Leistung dieser Wohnung ist sehr gut. Ein Problem ist die Ringhörigkeit, dagegen kann man nichts machen. Aber die Wohnung hätte mal einen Schreiner nötig, Türe im Eltern-Schlafzimmer kann man nicht schliessen, Balkontüre im Bereich Küche klemmt, Spülenunterschrank klemmt etc........ sind aber fast nur Kleinigkeiten.

Zweckmässig und sauber, aber sehr ringhörig

Die Unterkunft ist einfach, bzw. mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet und war sauber. Das Check-in und Check-out verlief unkompliziert. Leider ist das etwas ältere Gebäude jedoch wirklich sehr, sehr ringhörig und deshalb war es oft sehr laut.

Leider war die Wohnung sehr sehr lärmig. Bei der Buchung hatte uns niemand gesagt das die Wohnung im ersten Stock sei .Oberhalb der Durchgsstrasse so wie auf beiden seiten Parckplätze. Alle Abend bis nach Mitternacht hatten wir lährmigen Krach von der Nachbarswohnung. Diese Wohnung ist sicher fest vermietet. Schade schade !!!! Unser Lichtplick ist: das wir im gleichen Haus im 3 Stockwerke wiederum eine 3 Zimmerwohnung buchen konnten für im Sept. 2017 Mit der Versbrechung der Rezeption dass das viel ruhiger sein werde. Im Grossen und Ganzen gut

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und angenehm, fanden wir, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Sie ist mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet, was angenehm ist, denn persönliche Gegenstände und Erinnerungsender Eigentümer in einer gemieteten Ferienwohnung ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Der Balkon ist super und sonnig. Auch die Lage, mit dem Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür, ist ideal und ruhig. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss aber doch leicht erhöht liegt, kann man sich sicher fühlen und doch leicht und ohne Liftbenutzung das Gepäck ein- und ausladen. Auch geht die Übergabe des Schlüssels kinderleicht mit dem Schlüsselkasten vor der Haustüre. Einzige Wermutstropfen der Wohnung: Die Belüftung des einzigen, winzig kleinen WC's ist nicht vorhanden oder defekt, was zeitweise zu Engpässen und unangenehmen Belüftungsproblemen führte. Auch sind die Handtücher und Badetücher der Wohnung so stark mit Weichspüler gewaschen, dass sie überhaupt nicht abtrocknen und wir sie erst einmal waschen mussten, was aber auch nicht viel nützte - sie waren einfach zu getränkt mit Weichspüler. Lieber eigene Tücher mitbringen... Das Geschirr war ein wenig spärlich in der Wohnung - sozusagen ein Teller für jede Person, abgezählt. Preis/Leistung stimmte für uns in der Wohnung, und wenn die wenigen Mängel auch noch behoben werden können, ist die Wohnung 1A.
