Private: natural state property 700 m2, garden with lawn 300 m2, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 5 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 83 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky beach 2.5 km. Fishing possibilities 25 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
