New home with a space reserved for guests to feel safe and comfortable. We are located in a pristine area just outside of Asheville, NC Our house is a new build, Sept. 2019 and we are delighted to offer folks visiting to WNC a place to call "home" during their stay. With a private and secure entrance and private parking you will enjoy a piece of heaven as you relax after a long day of exploring the area. Sit on your own private deck and take in the sunset. Rest in a quiet and clean space downstairs which offers a foyer dinette, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Single bath with shower/tub. and separate bedroom that also overlooks mountain view.

Perfect quiet getaway in the mountains!
My wife and I were in Asheville for 3 nights/4 days for a wedding and we had a wonderful stay here. Very quiet and courteous hosts and a gorgeous Mountain View right out the back door. Not advertised was their friendly cat who hung out with us on the porch in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee. Highly recommended if you need a quiet and scenic getaway!

Located on the lower lever of the hosts house with private entrance and a balcony to ourselves. We had good communication with hosts - very responsive. Very clean and new. Definitely would stay again

Comfort in the hills!
Fresh, new property. Privacy overlooking the hills surrounding Asheville. Very small fridge, small microwave and coffee set up. Just what you need if you're taking all meals out. Very convenient to the wedding I attended while in the area. Due to my late comings and early goings, I didn't meet the owners, but they were quick to communicate.

My friends and I were looking for a getaway weekend in the mountains close to Asheville and this cottage could not have been more perfect. The best part was how accommodating Chris and Ella were. I must repeat what many others have said, Ella and Chris could not have been nicer people and we felt lucky to meet them both. Their kindness was a highlight of our trip, to be honest. The rental was spotless and the area is just gorgeous! Thank you both for your hospitality!
