The room was great! It was clean, comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was even clean and roomy! The staff was professional, friendly and courteous. What more could you ask for in a hotel?! Oh, yeah, location! It is literally right around the corner from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate and the Village shops. Highly recommend.

The property was very convenient to the Biltmore House and grounds. There was some noise due to traffic but this was to be expected given the location. The staff was friendly and courteous and property was very clean!

The room smelled horrible. The bedding smelled dirty/horrible. We asked for new pillows and pillow cases and they smelled horrible too. Staff was not very welcoming at all. The room was next to the elevator and noisy. We checked out a day early because of all of this. Would never recommend this as a good place to stay.
