This is a no frills but all the things you need type of hotel. We knew we'd spend very little time in the hotel choosing price and location over anything else. This place checked the boxes. Parking was on site with direct access to the stairs. The room was clean with the simple amenities you expect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Could it use some TLC and updating sure but we don't want to pay for that.

old school vibes, room was clean, had amenities like actual coffeepot & hairdryer & table w 2 chairs. continental b'fast is served until civilized hour, used enough coffeegrounds, needs a non-pork protein. difficult to locate until oriented to town. parking is horrid: small spaces fill fast w large trucks, overflow lot is a schlep down the hill. cleaning crew seemed nice, desk crew seems distracted or snarky. bit expensive.

The room was not in good condition it is an old hotel. The ceiling in the bathroom is missing some of the sheet rock. It is a small room looking over the parking lot.

The previous reviews have been correct when they say, “You get what you pay for.” I have no complaints because the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a very easy walk to restaurants and concert venues Free parking was a big plus, too. I would definitely stay their again for that price.
