My family stayed at Hampton Inn twice about a week apart while traveling for vacation. Our first stay was lovely prompting us to book again when we passed through. The common areas of the hotel felt very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good and had a variety of options (eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt and more) I appreciated that it started at 6 am because we are early risers. The pool area was just okay in my opinion. We didn’t spend much time there. The pool itself is very small. Both times we were there it was packed full of kids, I think a bigger pool for that many people would be nice. Our first room was very clean and we appreciated the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The shower products smelled lovely. Our 2nd room wasn’t as clean, which was disappointing since I had high hopes from our first trip. The bathroom had hair spread across it and the shower floor was stained black in areas. Overall just not as clean as our first stay but still not bad by any means. The staff was very friendly. I wish I could remember the name of one lady specifically who was so nice and engaging with my kids. Such a sweet lady.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was easy to find and well located in Biltmore village. We found it to be clean and reasonably quiet. It appears the rooms have been recently updated. The bathroom was quite nice. The hotel was good for the short visit we had planned.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient if you are going to the Biltmore. We were there April 21, 22, 23, 2025 on Wednesday the front desk was not covered from 5:30 am to 6:45 am. We were hoping to get an early start getting some laundry done and needed quarters and detergent. Breakfast was very good.
