I was very impressed. I came with my husband and 2 young kids. The front hostess was so sweet and very accommodating. The free breakfast was incredible and the breakfast manager saw I was struggling with my kids and rushed over with a tray to help me. We will definitely be staying there again.

The staff at the hotel did an awesome job. Very friendly and helpful in every way. We loved our room and the breakfast is amazing! Highly recommend!

Hampton Inn no more
Hotels.com was helpful in trying to cancel this reservation. We had a family emergency resulting in emergency brain surgery and we were unable to make our trip to the Biltmore. The Biltmore happily refunded our three tickets, however, Hampton Inn refused to refund our reservation despite the hotels.com customer service tirelessly trying to resolve the problem. I will no longer be supporting Hampton Inn.
