Unhappy renter
We were 9 people staying 4 days. House was not prepared when we arrived. Fireplace didn’t work no one bother to answer our calls and messages. A waitress at a restaurant we ate at reached out to property manage and they called her back right away, said they would take care of it right away and did not. My son in law ended up fixing it. We were left only 4 rolls Of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag. ( did I mention we were 9 people staying 4 days). We had to go out and buy basic essentials that should have been supplied especially for the price we paid. Bryson city is a cute city to explore and the polar express was a blast for the kids but when We come back I won’t be staying here.

We would rent this house again.
This place is cozy. We particularly liked the screened in porch for our evening conversations. The outside fire pit (and fire wood) was also relaxing. The houses in the neighborhood are spread out nicely. It is a quiet area. We came in from 3 different states for a family get together and to enjoy this part of North Carolina. We needed someplace to come to each night, and this place worked out beautifully for us. Renee was most accommodating. We have no hesitation to use this place again.
