This beautifully renovated loft apartment provides a fantastic home base in the heart of downtown Asheville. Situated just two blocks from iconic Pack Square, you'll enjoy a walkable locale near a hub of activity. Specialty wine and chocolate shops can be found just around the corner. You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.

After a day of sightseeing, relax amidst the space's classic architectural details. Highlights include exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The living area serves as the social heart of the apartment. Break out the popcorn and watch a movie on the 46-inch TV. Comfy seating for five is available on a sleeper sofa and plush chairs. Whip up tasty dishes in the beautifully updated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, DirecTV, an iPhone/MP3 docking station, a DVD player, and a DVD library.

Overall we loved this place and would stay again. We had some issues initially with the check in as all the instructions(access code and type of lock) provided to enter the unit were wrong. It took about 45 minutes to get in touch with Vacasa the property management company to get the accurate code.the unit itself is very nice and clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Location is close to local hotspots so once we parked we could walk to nearly everything.

Right in the heart of downtown Asheville. Steps from restaurants, garages, and stores. And short drives from a number of scenic spots. Apartment is quite nice with a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything you need for a vacation.

Location is great, access to everything. Loft was spacious, well equipped. Neighborhood is very safe. Walk to everything, but if you have to drive its very convenient to the highways. Parking is easy and free from 6p to 8a. Couple of items. Four times throughout our stay, people were trying to open the door thinking it was access to # 102 which is in the back. Second, where do we put trash out? Otherwise, no complaints, we will stay again.

This apartment was exactly as advertised. I stayed here with three college friends and we all agreed it was the perfect base for a weekend of hanging out at breweries and restaurants. The location is great: right in the middle of everything but on a quieter side street so you don’t have to deal with as much street noise. Having said that, if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you bring some ear plugs to block out the usual city noise. All in all, this was exactly the place we hoped for, and if we do another trip like this I’m sure we’ll stay here again.

Great location and luxurious

The apartment was fantastic! Perfect location downtown to hop in and out and visit most breweries, concert venues, shops, and restaurants. Apartment amenities were great! Nice rustic feel. Full kitchen and comfortable beds. Parking is terrible but that’s the case anywhere downtown. Paying overnight parking in a garage is your best bet. I would recommend and stay at this unit again. Great location- Very cute

The loft was adorable and the location was great, close to everything. Being in the middle of downtown was a little noisy. We had an issue with house keeping but they resolved the issue immediately for us and were very easy to communicate with. Parking was surprisingly easy and we found a place to park by the loft each time.
