May 1 – September 30
• The pool is heated (target water temp: 81°F)
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature.

April & October
• The pool remains open but is not heated by default.
• Heating is available upon request for $150/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay.
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature.

November 1 – March 31
• The pool is closed for the season.

Events: We'd be happy to host your event for up to 24 guests. Please reach out to our Guest Experience team for event fees and additional details.

Quiet Policy: Please note that The Grange at The Huntly Estate is located in a private and quiet mountain community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area offers.

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance - Military Discount: Please inquire about our payment and cancellation policies, military discount, and information about vacation rental insurance.
