Comfortable, after a long ride. Bed was comfortable. Location was right at entrance to Mt. Ranier. So can’t be beat for location. Made driving up the mountain easy. Internet worked in the room. Made a difference since there isn’t much internet around Mt. Ranier. Staff was friendly and reached out to let us know how to check in since we were coming in after they closed at 6pm. Courteous and soft-spoken gentleman.

Room was comfortable and met our needs. The lighting in the front of the room could be better for looking at maps and reading. Communication was fabulous proactively reaching out to explain checkin and verifying our room needs.
Our cabin was really an outfitted camper, thus very small. It was clean and had a nice kitchenette (though cramped). Very convenient in being 100 yards from entrance to the park.

A comfortable spot to stay for a few days. The cabin interior was very dark, I would have loved a bedside lamp so I could read.
We loved how close this was to the national Park. Other guests were quiet and polite. Our cabin was missing a few amenities, but they were quickly and cheerfully provided by the hosts. Cabins were older but beds seemed newer and were really comfortable. Windows really need darkening/privacy blinds!

The hotel is conveniently located next to the park entrance and the cabin fit our family of four. My main issue was the lack of curtains. One of the beds was right next to the front window which only had a lace curtain… with the flood light by the parking there was no way to get the room dark or really feel like it was private.
Worst hotel I have ever booked and I travel a lot. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car instead if you are thinking of booking this room. They advertised pictures of small cabins and what we got was a run down looking trailer that was disgusting and smelled awful. The pillow cases were dirty kids pillowcases from the movie Frozen and Trolls and the blanket was a Playboy throw blanket. You can't even make this stuff up. When told we werent going to stay here because it was not at all as advertised in the pictures and it was unclean and smelled bad, we were told there is a no refund policy. We left to go explore Mt Rainier Park and got a call from the front desk asking if we could drop off the keys to the room if we weren't going to stay. I asked if they were going to refund me my money and they said no but they still needed me to drop off the keys of we werent staying so they could rent the room to someone else and double charge for the room even though there were no refunds. I told them that I was looking for other hotels and would drop off if I found something else even though the room should be mine for the night regardless since they werent going to refund me. Our experience was so bad here that we ended up leaving the Mt Rainier area and heading back to Seattle after our terrible experience. We ended up dropping the keys in the drop box and leaving without staying. Still charged the full amount for the room which is insane. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
