Custom Ashland Home with Fantastic Mountain Views
Beautiful 1360 square foot home on 2 acres. Modern, shed roof design with great windows and view of Grizzly Peak. Quiet and peaceful but only 1.5 miles from the heart of downtown Ashland. Deck with propane fire table. Kitchen with quartz countertops and island, custom Italian appliances. One bedroom has a california king with attached master bathroom, the other bedroom has a queen bed with a separate bathroom. Perfect for a couples getaway and great for those visiting Ashland for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Wireless internet and Satellite TV.
This was our 2nd stay at Coyote Moon. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular! Dori and Sean were quick to respond whenever needed. We will definitely be back again!
Easy check-in; very responsive hosts. Well supplied kitchen with all the implements that you need. We made ourselves a lovely meal on arrival and sat at the beautiful dining room table enjoying the view! Would highly recommend.
Amazing home and location. Nice modern touches and products throughout providing a comfortable experience. Seems to be a new ant problem in the guest bathroom, we had to spray ant spray just about every day. Other than that the home was very clean and very well stocked.
A great place to restfully enjoy the view of the surrounding countryside, visit with friends, and use as a base for exploring the Rogue Valley wine region, the neighboring towns, and taking in the Shakespeare Festival. The inside was tastefully appointed with better-than-necessary amenities. There was some minor evidence of the inevitable wear and tear, but nothing to detract from our pleasant stay.Would highly recommend.
Slice of heaven! We loved this house. The view on the deck is spectacular. The finishes on the house are very very high end. The master is so comfortable! I slept so well here. It is very remote which I loved. My favorite was the travel log to sign. I laughed so hard reading the entries. I would have signed it but no pen in unit. We went in June and the weather was so hot really could not be outside which was a bummer. If u want to stay here you must have a truck or suv. The road to the property is steep and dirt. Bring a pen, coffee and paper towelsâyou will be set.
Breathtaking setting.Extremely comfortable master bed.Extremely well equipped and functional kitchen Extremely clean. When coming to Ashland, I would probably always choose to stay here.
View was amazing. Property was clean with decent comfortable beds. Very conveniently located to Ashland and Medford. Good response tine from host. Excellent kitchen. We made most of our dinners at home. I would stay here again if the need arises.
We love the setting! It is a nice open space. We prefer blackout blinds in the bedrooms to sleep in on the weekend.Convenient to shops and restaurants in Ashland!
We loved this house so much. The views were absolutely amazing. We did stargazing at night and watched the sunrise out there. Beautiful house with great windows. Relaxing and quiet spot!
Very modern, clean, comfortable house. Fully equipped with everything you would need. About a 5-minute drive to downtown Ashland & the Shakespeare Festival. Only complaint, which the owner said they will address, is the beetles which seem to be everywhere. Thereâs a beautiful deck to enjoy, but sitting there the beetles slide down off the roof & fall on all of us. They get into the house every time one of us opens a door. Dealing with them was a challenge, but didnât keep us from having a very good time. Iâd stay there again.
