- Quite Hours: Considered between 10PM and 8AM. Please keep noise to a minimum in consideration of other guests. Noncompliance of this will incur a $100 fee per incident, and/or a request to vacate.
- Damages: All damages must be reported to WanderLodges as soon as possible. By booking, guests are agreeing to financial responsibility for all damages due to gross negligence and up to an additional $500 in cleaning fees for negligent use.

Such a great hotel with so much history! It has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. The hosts were friendly and inviting, sharing so much of the hotel's history with us. The hotel is clean and spacious, set in a prefect location. We were able to walk from the hotel to explore shops, restaurants, Lithia Park, and the beautiful surrounding neighborhood. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back!
