Charming home with everything you could possibly need in the best possible location in Ashtabula. The house is clearly set up to make guests feel right at home and everyone had a great time. You can walk to Lakeshore Park and all around the charming neighborhood. We loved this place!

The fenced in backyard and close proximity to the beach was amazing for our two young kids. The basement also gave us extra space to play. We felt right at home.

My friends and I are from Pittsburgh and we wanted to take a trip together before my wedding. We only wanted to drive 2 or 3 hours from home. We ended up choosing Ashtabula and it's a nice town with a nice beach. Unfortunately the beach closest to the house is poor quality and dirty. Lots of geese and smelly geese droppings all throughout the sand. Walnut beach is a short drive away and I recommend it over Lake shore park if you're looking for a beach. The concession stand at lake shore park though is very good. Walnut beach is much cleaner and larger so I would go there instead for a beach day. We were confused how to turn on the shower but the host responded to our messages right away. We all had a great time! There were 5 of us total and we had plenty of space.

The house was in a great location for my family and the host was quick to message me when I had questions. The host also had supplies for everything we needed for our stay. I would rate the host even better if the app would allow me too.
