Relaxation awaits at our pool and hot tub oasis located in Ashtabula! This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for larger families and groups. The spacious fenced in backyard features a stunning in-ground pool (open ~mid May to October) and a relaxing hot tub (open all year).

The kitchen features quartz countertops and plenty of space for cooking and preparing meals. The dining room has seating for 8. The large living room has vaulted ceilings and an electric fireplace for those cooler nights. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds, as well as a full bathroom. The upstairs features the master bedroom equipped with a king bed, TV, and a desk when you have to bring work with you. The partially finished basement features a pull out full couch, 2 arcade games, foosball, and a retro Nintendo 64 with 4 controllers and plenty of game options.

Pet friendly with a max of 2 pets with prior approval for an additional fee of $40/night (total rather than per pet) with a max fee of $240.
