False advertising - the house had limited air conditioning - only 1 bedroom had air conditioning. The entire home was musty and smelled like mold and mildew - we bought our own supplies to clean it - the maintenance team had to go buy box fans and extension cords to help with the smell and the heat - the bed rooms never cooled off (even with all windows open) The housekeepers were at the house when we arrived and stayed an additional 3 hours - we were unable to unload and settle in as per my prior communication with the management team. Outside patio was basically useless - as it rained every day and the cushions never dried. We left the house in much better shape than we found it - way too expensive for broken lamps, no AC, mildew and mold, etc. We will stay in homes we have stayed in prior next summer- we would not recommend this home. We plan on returning for a month - not a week next year. Management was short and frustrated with us every time we called - which was often.
Stayed 7 nights in Jul 2025
