Good stay overall. The great: The place was very well equipped and very clean. The management company was very responsive. Great toiletries and well stocked. The bad: Unfortunately, the boiler/heater/hot water went out the first night so that impacted that evening and the next morning bc we had no heat/hot water and we had to spend time troubleshooting with management. Obviously, out of their control but we definitely didnt get the benefit of the bargain for that evening and morning. Not sure we should bear the brunt either. They did bring space heaters until it was fixed.

Our location was excellent—within walking distance to everything! We loved all the hospitable touches like a basket of welcome items and candles on timers that created a perfect evening mood. We also appreciated the hosts checking in with us and being available should we need them—which we didn’t. The beds were comfortable too. We had the perfect long weekend in Aspen!

Conference at St. Regis and brother visit

I had a conference at the St Regis and stayed at this wonderful condo nearby. It has dedicated parking along the street and is very efficient in its use of space. There is a shared hot tub and easy access to the slopes of Ajax mountain. It was a wonderful stay!

Great Location, Affordable Option in Aspen

Overall, I would recommend this property... the location is fantastic (next door to the St. Regis and ski lift), it's clean, and is affordable (for Aspen). It's also the perfect walking distance from the city center and skiing. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, and the condo was also clean. However, I did feel rushed to check out. Knowing the early check out time (10:00 am), my party had planned to be out prior. The evening before checking out, the property management group messaged asking if we would be out earlier, as that would be helpful for their house cleaners. We had planned to ski during the day of check out, so I responded letting them know we'd be out around 10am, as discussed, and asked if we could leave our car parked in the lot after checking out. Not only did the house cleaners show up and peek in the windows at 9:10am, but they left their supplies on the porch and watched us from the lot. It felt like we were being rushed out, and we weren't able to keep the car parked (parking is difficult to find in Aspen). Therefore, it cut our last day of skiing short. The last day of our trip, surrounding check out, just felt a bit unprofessional... especially for the price.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at Aspe. Location was great. We had enough room to move freely around. Kitchen is fully stocked. Beds are comfortable. I liked the fact that one room had softer mattress and the other had harder mattress so everyone was happy. The only problem was laundry that I have to pay with coins. This was not listed in description and I had trouble finding money to run the dryer with kids clothes. The rest was perfect

Perfect location and amenities!

Overall we couldn't be happier with the property location as it was a short walk to the Ajax gondola and all of the restaurants we visited. The management crew was amazing and checked in with me multiple times to see if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying here for a quaint spot close to all the town has to offer.
