We stayed here primarily due to convenience to the art festival. Walkable to the park of only three blocks. Pleasantly quieter than expected and a price bargain for Aspen. We’ll definitely be back. Older facility, but well maintained and pleasant. Staff goes out of their way to make the stay enjoyable.

There is no elevator. You have to carry your baggage upstairs yourself.

Yea, It's an older building built back in 1968, wish we could put on in but no room. Thank you for your feed back and next visit we will make sure you are on the 1st.
