Great room with a great view. The room is very spacious and clean. The entire hotel in general was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helping me find a spot for dinner in downtown Aspen. My only complain are the pillows for sleeping. Too firm.

The room was amazing and very cozy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The shuttle provided that took us everywhere we need was the topping on the cake. Will highly recommend. Even the other guest were a joy to be around.

The staff really was warm and welcoming after long exhausting day of my flight being cancelled due to weather. The atmosphere in the lobby is another contributing factor, a live band was playing in restaurant/bar so it just lightened to mood. I was able to to get some good food and good rest.

Stayed in October and had hoped the fireplace would be going, it was not. The bar and restaurant was good and convenient because there was a long drive to any where else. Bed was comfortable.

The room was large and well appointed. The only negative is that we asked to have more towels and body wash replenished and they did not comply with the body wash part of the request. We love the coffee station! The restaurant was fantastic, with both great food and great service. We will be back.
