Es un edificio roto, lleno de humedades, con cortinas rotas, baños asqueroos, una mentira total que no queres volver a repetir jamas Las indicaciones de la pagina no se corresponden con la realidad y las fotos estan seleccionadas en los pequeños lugares potables UN ASCO!!!!!

Algo anticuado el mobiliario, el calentador de agua no funcionaba bien y al poco rato dejaba de salir agua caliente. Baño bastante antiguo,necesita reforma. Se agradece que haya agua en bidón en los apartamentos. Lo mejor el personal, amable, atento que se esfuerza en atender y resolver los problemas incluso durante el fin de semana y están atentos a las necesidades. A pesar de su esfuerzo, no puede compensar que son limitados y antiguos los recursos. Los propietarios deberían invertir más en reformar y modernizar los apartamentos.

Достойнейшая альтернатива гостиницам
Апартаменты, из которых не хотелось уезжать! Маленький райский уголок в центре Асунсьона. Новый дом, большая квартира со всем необходимым (включая чайник, миксер, посуду, большой холодильник, кондиционер и т.д.). Мебели было предостаточно. Шкафы, столы, стулья, кресла, диван - не забыто ничто. Вот только матрас подкачал. Жёсткий, неудобный, но большой. К интернету никаких претензий. Свет и вода шли бесперебойно. Телевизор мы не смотрели, не до него как-то было. Готовили себе завтраки сами, покупая продукты в супермаркете, что в двух кварталах от жилья. Не забывайте, кстати, паспорт, если собираетесь в Парагвае рассчитываться карточкой.

El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Le faltaba ventilación. No tienen desayuno disponible, como es un alquiler la limpieza es opcional y la cochera es externa. Es una aceptable opción para viajes cortos
