“The Bentzi…Boutique Apartments” building is located at Pangrati, "Hilton" district, one of the most central urban Athens areas.
The charming building of 400 sq.m was the house property of three families until 2019. After a first sight love that occurred to the new owner, the once semi-abandoned house building is now turned into a beautiful renovated of a 3-floors building with 9 independent apartments dedicated to a short-term accommodation property.
The building’s one year renovation and conversion into an accommodation building was carefully studied and based diligently on guests comfort and independency.
