Cozy 1925 Brick Bungalow on the Boulevard

Super cozy, brick bungalow located on Boulevard in the heart of Normaltown, one mile from downtown and two miles from Sanford Stadium. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Two bedrooms (one queen and one king) and two full bathrooms--bathroom with the king bedroom is shower only. You could have a fifth person (teen) sleep on the sofa, however it is not a sofa bed. Great front porch for drinking coffee and people watching. A big fenced in backyard for sitting and relaxing and for letting your pups romp around. Dogs are allowed. From 474 Boulevard, if you take a right, you can easily walk (10 minutes) to the heart of Normaltown (corner of Prince and Satula) and enjoy a cold-pressed juice, cup of coffee, slice of pizza or maragarita at the local taqueria. Take a left from this Boulevard location and you can easily walk to downtown in 15 minutes or less. Walk straight from this Boulevard location, up Lyndon Avenue and Five Points is two miles with a plethora of places to eat, drink coffee, people watch and have a beer. 474 Boulevard is a MOST coveted location to stay when visiting Athens.
