This location is unbeatable. Our townhome is less than a 15 minute walk to Sanford Stadium and downtown Athens. Perfect for gamedays, university events, downtown happenings, or just a weekend visit to the Classic City. We have all the amenities of home: A two car garage, smart TV with cable and other entertainment apps, free wifi, Keurig, complete kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds (Extra pull-out sofa downstairs). Great spot in Athens GA
Clean, comfortable space with plenty of room for a family or friend group. Centrally located in Athens within close distance of all attractions. Secure garage for parking our vehicle was also appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those taking a trip to the Classic City!

Nice Townhouse
The location was great for visiting our daughter in the dorms. Walking distance to downtown, the dorms and campus. Clean and spacious townhome with parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location with all the amenities
The listing is very accurate. The home was comfortable, clean, well-located, and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the great water pressure in the shower! We had a very busy weekend and enjoyed returning to the house to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Location for a "Stay-cation"!
Very nice, quiet, and private location. The townhouse is beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms are very nice sizes as well as the bathrooms. The property manager was great with communication and responses. Overall A great experience for my birthday and I would definitely rent again in the future!

Conveniently Close to UGA Campus!
Great place to stay and awesome communication with the owners. We had some trouble adjusting the heat and Andy was awesome with getting back to us on how to make the adjustments very quickly. There was some cleanliness issues with the Master Bathroom but overall the place was as advertised. The place is super convenient to the UGA campus and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Close to classic center ..only a mile away. Was very clean as in pictures. Quiet neighborhood and was wonderful having a garage. I would stay here again. Close to everything.
