Great location and fabulous staff!

We book the Hyatt each time we travel to Athens. The staff is amazing, especially the breakfast staff, who are always kind and accommodating.

Average stay

Front desk didn’t explain we had to go to another building for parking. It was very confusing. The elevators were very slow. The floors in the bathroom were sticky. Everything looked clean, but a sticky floor is gross. There was no water or snack bar to buy in the room.

Our stay could have been excellent. We were in town for the Megan Moroney concert. However, the only negative would be that all elevators were not working at the Hyatt. There was a long wait from the room to the lobby and from the lobby to the room due to the middle elevator being out of order.
