That luxury apartment with the huge balcony and the jacuzzi will make your stay unforgettable.
The flat is located exactly at the centre of Palaio Faliro just one block from the sea.
A safe and quiet area ideal for couples or a group of 3 people.

The central road of Palaio Faliro, Agiou Alexandrou that has everything you can need as super marker, stores,banks,farmacies cafes and very nice restaurants is also one breath away.
The apartment is accross the Athens riviera.
The brand new Athens opera(Stauros Niarxos)is five minutes by car or taxi. The area is the ideal location for those who want to be close to the center but don't want to loose the opportunity to en joy the sea and the sun.
Rea hospital only 8 minutes by car and Onassio hospital 10 minutes.

STAUROS NIARCHOS foundation near the house with a taxi just 5 minutes .
Glufada area close by is great with beautiful market and restaurants.
Vouliagmeni lake and Sounio Temble of Poseidon is nice it has to have good weather.




S.O.S The down entrance door is always locked so please DONT FORGET at the day of your check out to take the keys with you and leave it at the keybox that is outside the building.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Just the facts: -Only half of the jacuzzi jets worked. -A/C made a clinking noise all night long. -Shower wouldn’t drain properly. -Terrible communication with host. -Excuses and empty promised from host: fresh towels not delivered, cleaning never happened as scheduled, A/C noise was never diagnosed/fixed. -Elevator barely fits one person. -Bed was comfy. -The view was nice. -Good location, next to transit line. I would not recommend for the high price and bad service. I speak English and Greek, and the host was occupied with “being in traffic” or “working his other job” instead of addressing the issues in the apt. There’s better places to stay. Go there.
