Zero customer service - phone system not working which led to challenges in resolving an issue. No effort by manager to address instead blamed guest. The property is quirky and doesn’t warrant its entitled cost and demeanor. If you are higher end act it and have at least modest customer service,

Wonderful and beautifully crafted hotel. The scent as you walk in is exceptionally welcoming and warm. I had a situation with my room, and the staff responded quickly and efficiently. However, the hotel seem to be overpriced and the walls are thin as hallway conversations and neighbor television was heard throughout the night. Overall, my stay was appropriate.

What a find! The hotel is spectacular. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were outstanding. There’s a great on-site restaurant with a bar as well.

The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s in an old industrial warehouse. There’s not a lot around it and it certainly not walkable but we just stayed at the property for one night. Had a good meal in the restaurant and some very good cocktails in the lounge area. There is apparently a train that runs nearby and we were warned that it might wake us up, but we didn’t hear it at all.
