Owned and renovated by a contemporary art dealer, the apartment comprises two double bedooms, a spacious living/dining area with balconies ovelooking a quiet street, a well-equipped kitchen, one full bathroom and a WC. The large living space has a generously sized dining table and a seating area with comfortable sofa and smart TV. A corridor connects this area to the bedrooms in the back of the apartment. The first bedroom is on the right and next to it, there is a large bathoom with bathtub and shower and next to that is the huge master bedroom. In the opposite corner you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The decoration was overseen by the owner himself and features prints and pieces by famous Greek contemporary artists. Also notable is the recent (fall 2023) renovation and the very fast internet connection thanks to installation of a cellular router (beware - much of the Plaka district suffers from poor internet!).
