The apartment is located in an apartment building of the interwar period has retained the character of the time with minimal interventions. It is ideally located next to the city center, very close to the Archaeological Museum and just two minutes from Victoria Square Station. For shopping there are three supermarkets in the area as well as many mini markets.

The rules of the house

• This apartment is located in an apartment building. It is not a hotel, it is my house. Guests are kindly requested to respect the place and other residents.
** Please use electrical appliances wisely and switch them off before going out.
** keep the doors and windows closed when using the air conditioner and set the cooling temperatures between 26C and 28C and the heat temperatures between 20C and 23C.
AIR CONDITIONING MUST BE OFFED WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE APARTMENT
• Local rest hours are 15:00 - 17:30 and 22:30 - 07:30. Please keep the noise level low during these hours.
* DO NOT throw paper or anything else in the toilet, it will clog the pipes. There is a trash can next to the toilet.
* Do not use bath towels as bath mats or anything else, regardless of their proper use. Do not use them for make-up removal.

* In Greece, garbage can be transported every day, at any time and can be placed in special bins (gray color) located in various locations around the neighborhood.
** Do not keep rubbish in the apartment

* There is no private parking on site but there are plenty of free parking spaces in the neighborhood.


The following are not allowed


• Smoking inside the apartment (okay on the balcony)
• Hosting parties or events
• Overnight guests
