The house perched on a quiet, green slope, at the edge of the pine forest and close to the beach (500 m), enjoys a panoramic view of the South Euboean gulf. It is embraced by a magnificent garden with lawns, shrubs, flowers and plants, in the heart of a beautiful 6,000 m² olive grove, while the swimming pool completes the enchanting atmosphere.

The Small Tower
The Small Tower (138 M2) is an independent residence that can host 6-8 people. It is stone-built and extends over 3 levels, which are connected with an internal staircase. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC.
- On the elevated ground floor (46 M2) where is the central entrance, we find the common areas, the living room (with a double sofa bed), the fully equipped kitchen, the WC, the balcony overlooking the sea and the internal staircase to the levels of bedrooms.
- On the ground floor there is the Bedroom 1 (46 M2) with a nice sea view. This bedroom has an additional independent entrance - exit from the lovely courtyard. It has a king-size double bed, a nice sofa that can be converted into an extra single bed, a console-desk, comfortable wardrobe and its own en-suite bathroom with a large enclosed shower.
- On the first floor, there is the Bedroom 2 (46 M2) with a magnificent view of the sea and the pine forest. It includes a king-size double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a console-desk, a comfortable wardrobe and its own internal bathroom with a large enclosed shower. It has two balconies and access to the nearby terrace, with a stunning view of the sea and the pine forest for wonderful evenings under the starry sky.

The house has a heating system with central-heating radiators, fireplace-wood stove, cooling-heating air conditioning system, ceiling fans and hot water production system using three sources (solar energy, electricity, boiler).

Exterior
From the pool level, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea. The shared pool (5.00X12.00m, depth from 1.20 to 2.20m) is surrounded by a wooden floor. It has an overflow device, hydromassage, reverse swimming, shower, chaise longs and umbrellas and it operates continuously 24 hours a day.
The pool and the house are surrounded by a wonderful garden of mediterranean herbs, shrubs, flowers and fruit trees, in the heart of a beautiful olive grove.
