A stylish maisonette offering absolute comfort and able to accommodate up to 6 persons in 150m2 of interior space plus a lovely garden. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs, a large bathroom, extra WC and an open space living room and dining area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the ground level and a convenient kitchenette with a fridge on the upper level. There are central heating and fireplace for wintertime visitors!

Windows and balconies offer lovely views of the garden or the sea in the background. There is a roofed outdoor terrace with barbecue ideal for enjoying your meals or just reading your book. The lawn paved garden is fenced and totally safe if you are traveling with children.

The house is situated a couple of km away from numerous beaches and few km away from many local sights such as the famous Cretan Aquarium (the largest in Europe) and a Watercity Park. Also, at just 100 meters from Agia Varvara church. The city of Athens is less than an hour away by car or bus. It is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.

The villa offers two spacious, air-conditioned and bright bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a large double bed. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have lovely views to the sea or garden. If necessary, one more folded sofa double bed can be used in the living room.

There is one spacious bathroom in the master bedroom of the upper level. A second WC is located on the ground level. There is a washing machine and of course, shampoo, soap, and other toiletries are provided.


This house offers a great lawn paved garden with lovely views of the surrounding area. A charcoal stone built barbecue is also available. Bring your friends and family to the table and taste the original Mediterranean outdoor living! There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs. The garden is fenced and safe for children. You can relax with your favourite drink or book under the terrace or sunbathing on the lawn!

Our maisonette is located in the residential town of Marathonas. At a 10 minutes walking distance you can find a wide range of shops, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and different cafes and restaurants.

There is also a bus stop with regular routes to Athens and the nearby area. The nearest Marathon beach is about a 10 minutes drive. A unique home to explore the nearby beaches and sights such as Schinias National Natural Park, the Marathon Battlefield Monument and Tomb, Chalkis town and Evia island.

-Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from March to October, the tax is €1.5 per night, while from November to February, it is €0.5 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
