Lovely home

The space is actually much nicer than the pics detail: the space is in a college stronghold and there was a lot of foot and vehicle traffic. The property owners mother lives next door and she was a bit nosey. We saw her looking through the fence a couple times and then was confronted by her one night about smoking when in fact it was the house across the street that was having the gathering. Nonetheless after that confrontation she didn’t bother us again. And as always we leave the space in better shape than it was when we arrived. The owner of the house was very receptive and a great communicator.
