This family-friendly escapade is within a short drive of great restaurants, other beautiful parks, and local attractions, including Tabernacle, Georgia Aquarium, World Of Coca-Cola, Fox Theatre, Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park, East Lake Golf Club, Atlanta Botanical Garden, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium (home of the Atlanta Falcons).

As soon as you step inside this air-conditioned beauty, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room and eat-in kitchen. The beautifully decorated living room boasts an inviting sectional sofa where you can lounge with your family and friends, stream a favorite show or movie on the smart TV, or read any of the entertaining books provided. The adjoining open kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals for the group, two tables, and a washer/dryer inside the pantry. The main suite enjoys a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom while the second bedroom has a working desk with a monitor.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
