I booked a room online because it said check-in was from 11 am to 3 pm, but when I arrived, the manager told me check-in was at 3 pm and I couldn't wait until then.
I decided to cancel the reservation through Expedia, but they wouldn't refund me because their check-in time had already passed (which was 11 am, as stated on the website). However, that didn't match the hotel's actual policy.
I filed a claim and requested a refund with Expedia, attaching proof of the check-in time shown on the website and explaining the situation, but to date, I haven't received a response.
