I had a great stay at Element Atlanta Midtown. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable, making the overall experience excellent. The staff and front desk team were friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and check-out was just as easy and efficient. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and an easy, well-organized setup. The location is excellent, close to many attractions, including the aquarium, which is just a few minutes away within walking distance. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is probably our third time staying at the element in the last two years. The hotel is always very clean and the staff always friendly. However, this time we couldn’t stream to the TV nor could we watch the Nextflix app already on the TV. We brought food to cook a late dinner, but this time there were no pots or pans to use. Lastly the bath room door was in need of WD40 to fix its creaking. Other than that, the element is still a wonderful hotel to stay at.

Ryan and the other young lady who helped as wait staff daily were phenomenal. Their customer service deserves recognition. The room was accommodating and I enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The check-in staff were so nice. Breakfast was awesome with an amazing yogurt bar and made by request egg dishes. There were little frittatas that seemed like a great idea but were cold so maybe stick with the made to order eggs. The shampoo was out in the shower so check the bottles before getting in the shower. I packed light and had to wash my hair in bodywash because I didn’t notice before getting in. I did notice bed frame was pretty dusty in the corners but other than that the room was clean. I always check mattress corners in hotels for bed bugs before getting in is how I noticed the dust.
