Safe neighborhood but not a great place

The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, which we appreciated, but we had a few issues. We didn’t receive any check in information and went to the address listed in our confirmation, but that was the wrong address and we had to reach out to the host to get the correct address which was a frustrating start to our trip. Then we weren’t provided the WiFi password until I reached out to the host three separate times. And the place was pretty dirty, you could feel the built up dirt and grime on the floors and it left the bottom of our feet black after only being there for an hour.

This place was amazing!!!! Very quiet area! Everything was perfect down to having cleaning supplies and extra towels and wash cloths in the apartment! Communication was beyond perfect! Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Atlanta for a trip!!

Perfect location for our trip!

We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the accommodations. We would recommend check-out instructions being posted in the property somewhere, including information on trash disposal and the WiFi information.
