Clean room. However I was charged the incidental hold and had to open an inquiry with my bank. Held my funds for 5 days and stated it was my bank. My bank stated the hold was from the hotel. Other than that it was good stay.

Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, however the hotel itself compared to other hotels in the IHG chain felt dated and could do with investment. Also transport to the hotel from Atlanta Airport was confusing with no clear instructions on what to do to get to the hotel.
