I absolutely would not recommend this property. Dirty. Our door wouldn't lock. The light shade was completely rusted thru. There were stains on the tile floor, so you could tell it was not mopped. The small table marble top was completely loose. The wall had holes behind the desk. There was mold in the shower. There were no bed bugs, we did check. Bed was ok. I knew it might be bad when I got in the elevator and the walls were dirty. We got in late, and just made do for one night to catch an early morning flight. We barricaded the door with a chair and a table because the lock did not work. The grounds outside also had trash here and there. Completely overwhelmed because this is a premium brand hotel, and it was filthy. I did go to the desk to talk with them because I did not want to be charged for the rusted lampshade that disintegrated in my hand. The exact quote from the front desk was, "Yes, this hotel is 15 years old and due for upgrade. You may find some other things too." I would recommend you NOT staying here.

The location is quiet and appeared to be safe. However, they still need to have security guards front & center. I don't understand the need for charging a 150.00 upfront deposit if a credit card is already on file for use if needed. For the daily room rate you'd think each room would have a microwave instead of one per floor. It would be helpful if guest are told at check-in about the lack of room service as it relates to ordering food and the 150.00 deposit fee. Overall, the decor is very soothing and attractive and the staff members are very friendly

Overall nice place to stay . Only small thing is my cousin left her brand new boots at the hotel . Called back and was told they didn’t see the boots at the front desk or room . So that sucked

My experience at this hotel was poor. The woman at the front desk was very dry and didn’t explain additional fees that were added. Prompting me to clarify things which should have been addressed while checking in. Our first room th wait conditioner was leaking terribly. We switched to another room and the curtain had holes, spider webs by the bases of the beds, the shower was so filthy we had to wear our sandals while taking a shower! I’ve never been in a more filthy hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re there less than 24 hours. Anything longer you’ll probably catch staphylococcus aureus!

I booked through Travelocity after missing my flight connection due to flight diversion. When I arrived at the hotel, it seemed Travelocity and hotel systems weren’t synced, and the hotel was fully booked. Simone at the desk didn’t miss a beat though, was kind, called some sister properties on my behalf, and persisted in finding me a room to rest for a bit after a harrying travel day. A happy ending, and a great example of committed customer service!

Great staff and very convenient to the airport and highways. College Park had cute little restaurants walking distance from the hotel. My room smelled a little weird but I notified the staff and they offered options. Not a showstopper.

The room was not up to par. The hallways were hot as if there was no air conditioning, we had 2 guest with 1 wash rag. Windows were dirty. Curtains looked as if they had been eaten by moths. We were woken up to a knock at the door around 11 pm, and when I called the front desk to ask for security to come to my floor, I was told that management knocked on my door to let me know there was bugs in the hallway outside my door. The front desk staff was very unfriendly. Upon check out the staff couldn’t be bothered to hang up their cell phone to check us out. The bar was understaffed, waited 20 minutes for 2 beers which they charged me 20 bucks for.
